One partner lifts their leg and places it on the inner thigh of the other partner, while the other partner wraps their arms around the standing leg. Both partners maintain their balance by pressing their palms together.

2- Seated Forward Bend (Paschimottanasana): Both partners sit facing each other with their legs extended straight out in front of them. They both bend forward at the waist and reach for their toes, with the option to hold onto each other's hands for balance.

3- Partner Boat Pose (Paripurna Navasana): Both partners sit facing each other with their knees bent and their feet flat on the ground. They lift their feet off the ground and balance on their sits bones, with their legs forming a V-shape. They hold onto each other's hands for balance.

4- Partner Triangle Pose (Trikonasana): Both partners stand facing each other and extend their arms straight out to the sides, forming a T-shape. One partner steps their left foot back and extends their right arm straight up, forming a triangle shape with their body. The other partner mirrors this pose on the other side. 5- Warrior 3: Stand facing each other, and have one person stand on one leg while the other person holds onto their raised leg. The standing person can then lean forward, stretching their arms out in front of them.
