Once you have entered your tracking code and clicked "Track Order," our system will provide you with the most up-to-date information on the whereabouts of your package. Please note that it may take a few moments for the tracking information to load.
At YogaSuits, we strive to process and ship all orders promptly. Our warehouse team works diligently to ensure that your package is prepared and shipped within 1-4 business days of placing your order. After shipment, the delivery time will depend on your location:
- Within the United States: Typically 7-18 days from the date of shipment.
- International orders: May take 9-21 business days from the shipment to be delivered.

My Tracking Number Isn't Working
Sometimes when you look up a tracking code on a tracking site (like 17track.net or parcelsapp.com), the correct carrier is not automatically detected by the tracking site. This can lead to the tracking code you're looking at not showing any updates.
Most times, this issue can be resolved by manually selecting the correct carrier. We're going to show you the most common carriers we use, along with how to manually select the correct carrier on a popular tracking site, 17track.net, so you can get your customers their detailed tracking information.
Here's what it looks like when the tracking site doesn't correctly auto-detect the carrier:

Here's how you can manually detect the correct carrier on 17track.net to display the correct detailed tracking information:
1. Navigate to www.17track.net
2. Enter your tracking code into the orange tracking box
3. Instead of just clicking "Track", instead, click where it says "Carrier (Auto-Select)"
4. When you click "Carrier (Auto-Select)", you'll see a list of options to select. Identify which carrier corresponds with the tracking code you are looking up by looking at the list below, then manually search for that carrier, and select it.

5. Once you've manually selected the correct carrier, then hit "TRACK", and you should see the detailed tracking information appear.
Order Delay, Factory Shipping.
We strive to process and ship all orders promptly, but sometimes unexpected factors can cause delays.
If the country you're looking for isn't listed, this means we don't have enough shipping data to add it to this list (we haven't been shipping orders to said country). This doesn't mean we can't ship to said country, so reach out to our Customer Success team for more information. If we can ship to the country, the shipping time could be 10 to 15 days, but it could also longer or shorter.
Additionally, Q4 is holiday season! During that time, you will see processing and shipping times increase over time - this is normal. Factories will have far more units to manufacture and ship out, so you will want to ensure that your customer facing processing and shipping copy is updated to reflect proper expectations. Processing and shipping times will return to normal post holiday season.
